Huckleberry Finn
Children, meet your father, Huckleberry Finn.
He cut the pole from a tree and dug the worms.
So, I guess that make me, Mark Twain...?
Hold on, let me thread this worm... don't pull yet.
Wait for it... Wait for it...
Wait for it... NOW!
It a lunker.
That was so easy I can do it too, Daddy... you just hold the pole.
Let's give it a good YANK.
I knew we could snag one!
Guess the rest of the fish are safe for now.
:)

What a fun outing, and your pictures are awesome! Makes me want to be wading through that tall grass with you!
That Huck Finn of yours is such a good daddy! Was this from your Montana trip?! Wherever you were - it's beautiful!
Your children will never shy from doing the impossible.
I love this photo story!!! Oh the wonderful memories of growing up...

Oh how fun! What a wonderful time it looks like you had. Where was this? Amazing picturs!! Can't wait to see what you post next :)
That is just beautiful! You ought to make a small flip book of it for your kids. I bet it would be their favorite bedtime story.
Love, love, love this outing, reminds me of some we've been on. So much fun having children :) You and Craig are such amazing parents!!!
Sooooooo romaaaaantic!!!!!!!
I could FEEL the tall grasses brush against my arms, the anticipation in the wait, the thrill of the tug at the end of the line!
Oh, Bethany Girl! I agree with your mom, "Your children will never shy from doing the impossible."
